FlexiList ("we", "our", or "us") is a personal list-tracking application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data required to provide the service:
- Account Information — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
- List Content — The lists, items, and custom fields you create within FlexiList.
- Usage Data — Basic app usage information (e.g. app crashes) collected automatically by the platform.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and sync your lists across devices
- To authenticate your identity via Google Sign-In
- To improve app stability and performance
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for advertising purposes.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database provided by Google LLC. Data is protected by Firebase Security Rules that ensure only you can access your own lists.
Google Sign-In
Authentication is handled entirely by Google. We do not store your Google password. For information about how Google handles your data, please review Google's Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your lists at any time within the app. To request full account deletion, contact us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
FlexiList is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
